If you have been lucky enough to see Gianfranco speak then you will know that he’s got a great way to explain his take on CRM, and this book doesn’t disappoint with laugh out loud moments, awesome perspective and more importantly a way to make you stop and question what you could do next this is a must read for anyone who is serious about customer experience excellence.
I would recommend everyone to read this book. It’s a refreshing, enjoyable and informative book that’s full of fascinating facts and is fun to read.
